Contract Screen Printers was established in 2004 in Boonton, NJ with a small 4 color manual press in a 16' x 16' shop. With years of hard work & dedication, Contract Screen Printers has expanded to a state of the art facility using top quality automatic screen printing presses. Each and every aspect of production is carefully overseen, from the artwork, pre-production, and the finished product. Each screen printing job, big or small are printed to the highest standards.

Exclusive pricing is available to members of the promotional products industry only. Unlike other contract screen printers, we do not publish our wholesale prices to protect our network of distributors. End users do not have access to these discounted rates.

ORDERING

Step 1: If you are a New Jersey based business, we will need a blanket resale certificate filled out and a copy of your State Certificate of Authority filled out to keep on file. If you are out of state, there is no need to submit a resale certificate.

Following these steps will help ensure that your job is done accurately and with efficiency.

 

If you have your own purchase order you may submit that, however please make sure all the same information requested is listed in detail as on our online form. Using our online ordering system puts your job right into production, using your own purchase orders can delay turnaround time.

Accepted Files

.ai .eps  .pdf (must be created as a vector) All type

& strokes must be converted to outlines

 

Corel Draw & Freehand files must be exported as .eps files. All files should have the graphics and fonts converted to outlines/curves. Placed or linked images are not acceptable.

If you do not have usable artwork, our graphic design department can usually re-create your artwork into the proper format needed for output. There is a minimum charge of $30.00 for each logo/location that has to be worked on. For re-creating your art, the best file format to submit would be a 300 dpi jpeg,however we can work with most other file formats for re-drawing.

 

If your artwork is too large to email (above 15mb), please use www.wetransfer.com It is a free service and you can send up to 2gb

Q: What is your billing procedure at Contract Screen Printers?

We accept Visa and MC for your convenience. Once an invoice is generated we require a 50% deposit. The balance will be applied before any garments will ship out. First orders and rush orders require payment in full before your items will ship. We do offer Net 15 and Net 30 terms if you qualify. Please contact us for a credit application. Please note getting approval may take 5-7 working days

 

Q: Will Contract Screen Printers drop ship to our end users?

Absolutely. There will be no trace of our name associated with your shipment and your address will appear in the return address. We ship UPS and FEDEX and have daily pickups and deliveries.

 

Q: What is your normal turnaround time?

Normal turnaround time is 7-10 working days, however we work as diligently as possible to get your orders out earlier. We also offer rush service pending our production schedule, so if your job is time sensitive let us know and we will work with youas best as possible to accommodate your needs

 

Q: Who does Contract Screen Printers sell its wholesale screen printing services to?

We will only offer special wholesale pricing to our distributors and not end users.You must have a PPAI, SAGE, UPIC or ASI # or contact us to be an approved reseller.

 

Q: Will Contract Screen Printers check our order shipped from our t-shirt supplier?

All of the garments received under 500 pieces are individually counted in and matched up with your purchase order to make sure sizes, style and colors received are correct. Any orders over 500 will be matched from packing slips to your purchase order.

 

Q: Where should I drop ship my garments to?

Q: Will I receive a proof before you print my job?

Yes. We will send you an email proof confirming size, placement and print colors before we run your job. No job will proceed into production without your written approval.
